A Matter of Being - Steve Lewit

When Observation is clear, division ends, life clarifies, and possibility ignites. In a world saturated with noise, distraction, and constant interpretation, Observation opens the possibility of seeing life as it actually is rather than through the habits, beliefs, and assumptions that usually shape our experience. When life is met this way, clarity arises naturally. Thought settles. We are no longer pulled so easily by reaction, memory, or expectation. And in that clarity, Inspiration appears—not as something to be pursued or cultivated but as something revealed. In A Matter of Being, Steve Lewit draws on decades of personal, professional, and spiritual experience to explore Observation as a natural human capacity. Through lived examples and reflective insight, he shows how clear perception transforms our relationship to thought, emotion, work, love, conflict, meaning, and ourselves. This book does not offer a method for self-improvement or a path toward becoming someone better. Instead, it points to a simpler truth: When distortion falls away, we find that life is already whole. And from that wholeness, an Inspired Life unfolds on its own.
