Villain Actor Vol.3 - Mikumo Seto

A gripping manga set in a world where heroes protect the public… or so it seems. When corrupt heroes control the world, it’s up to one man to play the part of the villain and stand up to them.Society is stained by the very heroes who swore to protect it and now one man must play the part of a villain in order to save the world. Villain Actor Vol. 3, from the acclaimed team behind Volume 1 - writer Mikumo Seto and artist Kentaro Harada – is the climactic volume in this story of role reversal and justice.Ayumu Mashiro, once an ordinary police officer with a strong moral code, now wields the terrifying power of Zero - the most feared villain in history. But heroes aren’t who they seem. 6 months have passed since Lordline slaughtered the rebellion and now Mashiro and the remaining rebels are on the hunt for the First Heroes, those at the top of the hero hierarchy. After the events in Volume 2 Mashiro has fully accepted his role as the villain in society’s eyes and has forgone his moral code to not kill, swearing to eviscerate Lordline, but with such a brutalist approach, how soon before Mashiro stops playing a role and becomes the villain the world thinks he is.Think The Boys ripped into a manga format: grounded, gritty, and unafraid to expose the shadows behind the capes. Remember that wielding the powers of a villain, doesn’t mean you can’t be a hero.
