Let's Be Earthlings - Mary Murphy

A little alien touches down on our amazing planet. Able to shape-shift into every form of Earth life, he becomes all kinds of Earth creatures, from a beaver to a chameleon, from a frog to a kangaroo, a puppy, even a flea - and then a flower-bud and a tree. The visitor finds a constant succession of exciting surprises on our Earth - there is only one thing missing. A friend to share it all with. Mary Murphy's simple yet profound words and images show young children the beauty and diversity of life on Earth - and in doing so, help them understand that they need to look after our precious planet.
