Creatures of Dust - Hunter Scott

A mutilated body in a shop doorway. Someone on the force wants the case buried. Still recovering from the crash that nearly ended his career, Irish DCI Brendan Moran is called to the savage murder of a young man. But when a Catholic priest is found dead in his own confessional, the case veers into far more sinister territory. As tensions rise and a fellow officer disappears, Moran uncovers signs of a disturbing cover-up—one that points straight back to his own department. And with his team under threat, he’s no longer sure who to trust… or how far he’ll go to protect them. Creatures of Dust is the gripping second novel in The Irish Detective: DCI Brendan Moran series—a gritty British detective mystery perfect for fans of Ian Rankin, Val McDermid, and the Shetland TV series. ___________________________________________Praise for The Irish Detective: DCI Brendan Moran series:? ? ? ? ?
