Good News Bad News - William McIntyre

A fast-paced Scottish legal thriller featuring a defence lawyer, a missing conman, and a case where helping a client could get someone killed. Good news is hard to come by. Bad news is never far behind. When Robbie Munro’s client wins the lottery, she has one final wish: find her estranged husband and bring him home. There’s just one problem. Freddy isn’t missing. He’s hiding. A career conman on the run after swindling a dangerous man, Freddy has made a powerful enemy who isn’t in a forgiving mood. Bringing him back to Scotland means delivering him straight into the wrong hands. As Robbie tracks Freddy across Europe, a simple request turns into a dangerous balancing act between loyalty, justice, and survival. Because sometimes doing the right thing comes at a cost. And this time, Robbie might not be the one who pays it. Good News Bad News is Book 8 in the Robbie Munro Legal Thriller series. Perfect for readers who love John Grisham, Scott Turow, and Michael Connelly. ___________________________________________________________________Praise for the Best Defence Series: ? ? ? ? ?
