Corvus Sirocco - Dale Sale

A punchy space opera of ragtag crews, hostage rescues, crime bosses seeking revenge, sentient machines, and system-wide space battles. The mission is simple. Sneak onto Kragus. Rescue a prisoner. Leave before anyone notices. Bosun Gus Johansson and the crew of Corvus have pulled off dangerous jobs before. This one comes straight from Admiral Falkirk McGowan, and the stakes are personal. A Naval Intelligence officer has been captured on the crime-syndicate world of Kragus, and Gus is the only person McGowan trusts to bring her home. There’s just one problem. Don Orr Limnos runs Kragus, and he wants revenge. Limnos has been waiting for a chance to settle a score with Gus. Now he has a captured officer, a bounty on Gus’s head, and an ancient assault carrier on the way. Gus came for a rescue mission. Instead he walks straight into a vendetta that could start a war. Corvus Sirocco is Book 2 in the Matrian Trilogy series. Perfect for readers who love Jack Campbell, B.V. Larson, and action-packed military space opera filled with daring missions, found-family crews, and high-stakes adventure. ___________________________________________________________________Praise for the Matrian Trilogy:? ? ? ? ?
