Craft with Paper - Elena Selena

Step into the technicolor world of a talented pop-up illustrator and learn how to create your own 3D images!! In this guided collection, young crafters and artists will find step-by-step instructions and full-color photographs that will aid them in creating beautiful and impressive pop-up cards and creations out of paper. Author and artist Elena Selena opens with encouraging words that will inspire crafters to create fun pieces of art that literally leap off the page. She encourages the budding artist to go for walks through their neighborhood to scout the plants, animals, birds, and people and to allow those items to inspire their paper crafts.  The projects featured throughout this fully illustrated book will produce fun pop-up designs representing imaginative places and beautiful stores that are meant to inspire future projects. Types of creations include animal faces, enchanted gardens, bouquets of flowers, cozy cabins, and more—all requiring the most basic supplies (pens and colored pencils, scissors, glue, and various papers) and colored and glassine paper.
