We are so ordinary and so precious.Sometimes life feels dark and full of big questions: who am I? Where did I come from? Where should I go? But maybe it's not that complicated. There are so many things you can't control, and that's okay. Let an ordinary seal, and her little octopus friend, remind you that you can do better, but you don't have to. That everyone makes mistakes. That no matter how hard life might feel, we could always lie down for a while and do nothing.Everybody lives with a piece of sealf they've tried to hide because it might get hurt too easily. Let this uplifting and beautifully illustrated book give you the courage to embrace this part of you, see the strength of it, and let it be your refuge and friend. Welcome to sealf-care.
