imPerfect Demons - C.N. Rowan

The demon took my city. Now I’ll give them war. We’ve won skirmishes. Even the occasional major battle. But none of it matters now. Toulouse is a war zone. The secret world of the Talented is seconds from exposure. And the rest of the world? Teetering on the brink of extinction. Or something even worse. So we’re going home—one last time. For one last fight. This is it. A final showdown where the dice are not just loaded—they’re carved with double ones. Snake eyes. Or maybe demon eyes. Can we stop the impossible tide rising from my city? Or is this where we fall, once and for all?Because if we do, we won’t fall alone. This time, the whole damn world falls with us. imPerfect Demons is the ninth and final book in the award-winning imPerfect Cathar series, a darkly funny urban fantasy set in the South of France. Expect dark humour, strong language, graphic violence—and wisecracks, even at the end of the world. ___________________________________________________________________Praise for The imPerfect Cathar Series:? ? ? ? ? This final book was a bittersweet ending with so many twists and turns. ? ? ? ? ? This was a true rollercoaster of a ride and one that I had real difficulty in putting down. ? ? ? ? ? A great finale to this series... ridiculous scrapes that Paul manages to get into. ? ? ? ? ? This was much darker, though, & the last few chapters had my heart in my throat. ? ? ? ? ? Thrilling action, plot twists galore and wonderful characters make this a fantastic read. ? ? ? ? ? Pop culture, power and snark... will keep this series fresh and cheeky.
