Astrology Nutrition and Health - Robert Carl Jansky

How astrology can help you better understand the components of metabolism and health. Using your natal horoscope to foresee and prevent health problems is a concern as old as Hippocrates and Ptolemy. In Astrology Nutrition & Health, author Robert Carl Jansky draws on his background in both biochemistry and astrology, detailing how a knowledge of astrology can help readers understand the components of metabolism and health. Jansky explains how the signs of the zodiac relate to different parts of the body and how the houses of a natal horoscope are related to food preferences and nutritional needs. He shows that the planetary aspects in a chart represent the flow of energy among the various systems of the body, which can indicate potential health problems. Discover insights such as which planets rule particular food groups, and how they impact digestion, metabolism, and more, as well as practical takeaways like how to use planetary transits to select the best time for elective surgery. Of special interest is the author's presentation of a new theory in the field of astrology, the nodal chart, and how the positions of the Moon Nodes in their birth chart reveal information about the querent's physical makeup.
