The Strengths Workbook - Bibb Sally

It's human nature to focus more on our weaknesses because we are programmed to be alert to risks in our environment. We end up focusing on what isn't working, often overshadowing all the positives. But what if you focused on and played to your strengths instead? When you understand your strengths, you know what will make you fulfilled, happy and successful. It means you can become the best version of yourself as well as being confident about who you are. The Strengths Workbook is an eight-week programme that you can start anytime. If you want to become more energized and effective in life, work and relationships, this workbook is for you.
