Rudy and the Secret Sleepskater - Paul Westmoreland

With boundless energy and an impulsive nature, Rudy is always ready to follow the scent of adventure! And with his loyal pack of friends by his side there's nothing he can't achieve. When Rudy and Edie go to Femi's house for a sleepover, they discover that their friend has been keeping a secret: Femi sleepwalks. They're under strict instructions that if he sleepwalks while they're there they must not, under any circumstances, wake him up, but should just gently guide him back to bed. Which sounds fine, but when Rudy accidentally leaves the bedroom window open and Femi gets outside and starts zooming down the street on his skateboard, all the time being fast asleep, gently guiding him back to bed starts to feel a little more complicated. Can they catch up with the snoring skateboarding mummy before he wakes up? Howlingly cool illustrations and an irresistible character finding his way in the world make Rudy and the Secret Sleepskater the ideal choice for those looking to bridge the gap between picture books and independent reading.Check out the Rudy series:• Rudy and the Wolf Cub (ISBN: 9780192782496) • Rudy and the Monster at School: Volume 2 (ISBN: 9780192782519)• Rudy and the Secret Sleepskater: Volume 3 (ISBN: 9780192782533) • Rudy and the Skate Stars: a Times Children's Book of the Week (ISBN: 9780192782557) • Rudy and the Forbidden Lake (ISBN: 9780192782571) • Rudy and the Ghastly Gathering (ISBN: 9780192782595)
