Dreams and Machines unfolds as a captivating and immersive RPG setting, inviting players to embark on an epic journey in a world reborn from the ashes of a catastrophic war. In this intriguing landscape, where remnants of mechs lay dormant and humanity rebuilds amidst the remnants of paradise, players will step into the roles of diverse tribes, each with their unique strengths and purposes. The echoes of a war fought two centuries ago still reverberate, and the world remains fraught with peril. Threats from that era persist, and new dangers, like the marauding Thralls from the deep ruins, have emerged over time. The once-dormant machines occasionally awaken, bringing destruction and death in their wake until they are quelled. Mutated creatures, born of the war s horrors, roam the land, spreading fear and danger. Mysterious nanograms lurk in the ruins, offering knowledge or ensnaring the unwary in their deadly traps. However, amidst these challenges, humanity persists in its quest for rebirth and renewal. People lead meaningful lives, marked by cooperation and mutual aid as they unite to construct a brighter future from the remnants of their past. Dreams and Machines weaves a compelling narrative of hope and heroism, set against the looming presence of the enigmatic Wakers. As the world faces renewed threats, players must summon the courage to dream and forge their own destiny in this captivating and perilous world.
